It only seems to happen after a few rounds of play and a simple unplugging of the XIM4 from the PS4 and replugging it seems to work except most of the time my mouse does not power back on and I have to then unplug replug that from the XIM4 to get it back.Īnother note being that when I turn on my PS4 I have to wait for the XIM4 to boot past the "rainbow" and start flashing red, then and only then rather quickly I have to switch the KVM over to the PS4/XIM4 otherwise the XIM4 does not finish booting and stalls out with a solid red light. It's powered via USB so maybe it draw too much power after a while or something? I may look into getting a self powered KVM switch and attempt it then. It's not a big deal and only seems to happen when I have bluetooth on which I only use for my XIM4 anyhow. I have searched the forums and read the part about switching the data cables for the controller/XIM4 and tried that to no avail. Tl dr version: Razer Blackwidow Ultimate Stealth 2014/Razer Naga 2014 both work flawlessly on the Xim4.Įdit: sometimes when I connect with XIM4 Manager(latest beta to match the XIM4 latest beta firmware) over bluetooth(or have it enabled on my phone) it seems to cause my key/mouse and even my controller to stop responding. Also both my Naga, and my Blackwidow are fully up to date driver/firmware wise. I have my KVM switch mouse and keyboard emulation turned off, I am using the latest beta firmware/manager for the Xim4 via bluetooth on my Nexus 6, and I am using max DPI on my mouse(8200) which I switch before switching over to my PS4 via the KVM switch. I have had no ghosting issues, no rollover issues, and all works perfectly, however some notes. Ok with that out of the way I will say EVERYTHING works.

I use a Fosman Toslink switch for 5.1 audio from my PS4 & PC into my Astro Mixamp. My Razer Blackwidow Ultimate Stealth 2014 & Razer Naga 2014 are both plugged into a IOGear GCS62HU KVM switch that switches between my PC/PS4(Xim4) PS4 is hooked into my Yamaha receiver for my 5.1 home audio via an HDMI 2 port switch, when playing FPS games I switch it to feed the HDMI signal to my KVM switch to feed my PS4 into my ASUS VK222U monitor. I have a bit of a complex setup for my Xim4/PS4. I know there have been several posts about Razer keyboards namely the Blackwidow ones but I figured I would make my first post useful.
